Instructions

Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Then, add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
